Elegant Green Tea Soba, Blended with Uji Matcha Blend

Delve into the refined taste of this Matcha Green Tea Soba, known traditionally as "cha-soba." This exquisite noodle blends the elegant flavors of matcha green tea from Uji, Kyoto, known for producing some of the finest matcha, in this soba noodle. Each strand of soba showcases a beautiful, jade-like color and a delightfully smooth texture that pleases the palate. Ideal for a refreshing and wholesome meal, whether served hot or chilled.

Basic Cooking Directions:

Boil 2 quarts (2 liters) of water in a pot, add a package of the soba, and stir to ensure the noodles are separated. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, then drain and rinse in cold water.
